We have found the Best Turtle Bass Lure that we like to call bass turtles. This lure looks like a baby turtle and made of soft plastic, which are like most lures. Surprisingly, when used in fishing, the bass turtle attracts the attention of the Bass out of pure instinct. Since the turtle is a natural predator of fish eggs, which seem to be tasty, the bass instinctively strike back with their self-defense of their young. Also, older bigger turtles are too large for the fish to eat, and why they attack baby turtles who can be easily swallowed. This explains why these lures are so effective with bringing in “Your Limit” of bass!

Best Turtle Bass Lure

I remember many fishing trips with my Dad where we didn’t even have one bite or hit on a lure. This was very disappointing to return home without any fish to cook for dinner. Now, you don’t have to worry about not catching enough for dinner with this little bass catching wonder! You can keep fishing until you hit your limit so Mom won’t ever be disappointed or discouraged when a fishing trip gets scheduled.
I sure wish I could have shared this lure with my father, because I know he would have loved this as much as I do. He loved to fish and taught me everything I know and why I love to fish to this day. Those memories were some of the best moments of my life. Just me and my Dad, together in search of “the Big One”!
Other various species of fish have been known to attack these bass turtle lures as well. So, even though we call them Bass Turtles, they can be used to entice and catch many different kinds of fish. What are you waiting for? Better get a few different colors to see which hits best for you, and stock up your tackle box.

The Best Turtle Bass Lure | Q & A
***********************************
What hook is recommended with the Best Turtle Bass Lure?
The recommended hook would be an extra wide 3-4 weighted gap hook. Either an offset worm hook, or the straight shank hook.
***********************************
Do these Lures work best for bass? Or, fresh water fish and saltwater fish?
They work best on best on bass, but other various species have been reported as well. Bass attack baby turtles because they are small and their natural enemy.

Are the lures ready to use, or do you need to add the hook to them before use?
These lures come without any hooks because you can use them for different methods of fishing. There are easy to follow instructions on the back of the package. It is also recommended to use wide or extra wide 3 to 4 weighted gap hooks with this lure. You may also use a straight shank or offset worm hook, whichever you prefer.
I would also suggest to purchase a couple different color variations to see which color works best for your area. For example, the Sapphire Blue may work best at your secret fishing hole, the Green Pumpkinseed, or Copperhead may bring in more fish at the lake. There is also many other colors available like the Watermelon or Motor Oil Red, Midnight Black or Ghost White, Red Shed, Chartreuse, or June Bug. I would give each one a try and see which one outperforms in which area. Oh, and one more thing; make sure to prepare the lures with hooks before you leave, so you can “jump right in” and start fishing.
