PBJ, Peanut Butter Jelly Cupcake Recipe is my own creation. Surprisingly, I made it up. My Bestie from work is known as the Cup Cake Queen, or I like to call her that. She is simply amazing at decorating cupcakes, and cakes for that matter, too. I will fill you in on how it was created.
PBJ Cupcake Creation
Deb, my friend at work, has been making the cupcake treats for everyone’s birthday. Each month she comes up with 2 different varieties to be shared by the entire office. This alleviates having so many birthday cakes throughout the year, and less weight gain.
Human Resources gives her the names of each person that has a birthday that month, and Deb likes to ask these people which kind they would like. She then takes the 2 top favorite choices and bakes them around the middle of the month, for the shared birthday treat.
Since Deb likes to be creative, she tries to have something different each time, leaving her perplexed with new ideas. She has been asking me to help her to think of a different recipe each month because, after a while, you run out of ideas. We were searching recipe boards online and PBJ popped into my head. I said, “What about PBJ?” She then asked to see the recipe, and I said that I just made it up. She Chuckled but then agreed to create the PBJ cupcake as one variety and the malted milk ball for the other. I will share this with you here to download now. PBJ Cupcake Recipe
